The Paris Convention & Visitors
bureau is a non-profit association
whose main sponsors, the Paris City
Council and the Chamber of Com-
merce and Industry, give their active
support to the
promotion of the ca-
pital and its meetings industry.
Its mission is to promote Paris as
Europe’s leading destination
for
congresses by offering expert ser-
vices and becoming the natural
“one-stop-shop” for meeting plan-
ners and association executives
who want to organize meetings,
congresses or any kind of events in
Paris.
The Local Organizing Committee has
selected the assistance of MCI France
as the PCO for the organization of the
congress in 2022.
MCI France is part of the MCI Group,
the world leading PCO with 57 offices
in 30 countries that will contribute to
the promotion of the congress on a
global scale.
MCI is specialized in the organiza-
tion and management of congresses,
conferences, seminars and similar
events.
MCI works as consultant for acade-
mic and professional associations and
provides full services management for
conferences including but not limited
to conference design, program deve-
lopment, registrations, site and venue
selection and booking, audio-visuals,
IT support, logistics, leisure mana-
gement, marketing, printing and web
services, fundraising, sponsorship and
exhibitor sales, financial management
and budget control.

cated to the success of the congress.
