A DEDICATED TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS FOR PARIS 2022

We know that the success of ICM Paris 2022 will depend on its hard-working volunteers.

The Paris 2022 Organizing Committee can rely on a large number of volunteers, who

will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to the community and to ICM. All

volunteers will perform a variety of tasks throughout the Congress.

AN ACCESSIBLE EVENT

The committee, together with the various service providers, is considering best prac-

tices and existing features at the Palais des Congrès and other venues. This will help

ensure the best possible access and the best learning and networking conditions for

people with disabilities.

FAMILIES AND ACCOMPANYING PERSONS: WELCOME !

In order to ensure families and accompanying persons that their visit to ICM PARIS 2022

will be as enjoyable as possible, the Organizing Committee will create an exciting and

diverse Accompanying Persons Programme.

Partners will have the opportunity to make a difference – leaving a little bit of themselves

behind by participating in the hands on CSR activities.

In addition the Organizing Committee will put in place the following initiatives during the

Congress to make families and partners stay a most relaxing and pleasant one:

- Childcare service

- Concierge desk

- Partners lounge

Mathematicians will stay healthy and fit during the Congress thanks to the several acti-

vities proposed by the Organizers:

- Early morning running sessions

- Mindfulness sessions

- Bike charging stations

- Organic and local food included in meals and breaks
